what is going on with odsp

I haven’t gotten my benefits information yet and it should’ve been there already. this new worker I have when I transferred to Scarborough is evil. I’ve been on odsp for a while and she’s fighting me on everything. Did anyone here get their notification yet as to when they’re getting their money or is it just me??
