Looking for best way to stream Quest headset to OBS Studio.

So far, the best I have is to cast the headset to web browser then capturing that window into the OBS feed, but the problem I'm having with that is the quality seems to be set to a low bitrate and changing the capture settings doesn't seem to do anything.

Any tips?
