Budget Charger for Intelligent Go?

I am picking up an EV this weekend and was wondering if there are any other chargers out there (other than Zappi, Hypervolt and Ohme) that can be used in conjunction with the Intelligent Go tariff.

Reason for asking is that I am moving house next June so if there are any other cheaper chargers out there that can be used then then I would prefer to get one of those rather than splashing out on one of the more expensive ones.
