Limit your intake?
It's like Tuna and mercury ... we have to limit tuna ... how much do we limit oatmeal and cereal ... (or what are healthy / ORGANIC oatmeal brand options)?
Tuna is 1-3 times per week recommended max ... which is sad, because we should be able to eat tuna sandwiches, tuna mac, etc 7 days a week, but because of mercury, we can't.
FYI ... as others have noted, there are ORGANIC options. Good to know!
