How do you deal with relapse?
I started dealing with OCD Harm in 2021 but got better with time, basically the last 6 months have been amazingly great for me. Of course i had some lapses, but nothing really bad.
Now, out of nowhere, i feel like i'm having a relapse and started to feel things equal to what i felt back in 2021. The only thing that changed in my life is that i started taking Ecophane for my hair, but from what i searched and know that doesn't have any effect on OCD/anxiety.
For the people that experienced relapse, how do you deal with it?
