How to hyperlink images in Notion?

This maybe a basic question. But finding it a little difficult. I know its possible since i came across a youtube video in which the user showed how he created a recipe bank dashboard which redirected him to a specific recipe when he clicked on a specific picture. A video which I can no longer find. If any one can direct me to a tutorial or five step by step instructions that would be great. Thank You.
