Boliglån in smaller banks

Hi! I'm looking for a bank to move my home loan from Danskebank. When I check at finanspotalen as someone under 34 yo, there are a few banks that offer better interest rates than Handelsbanken which my union has now a deal with. But those banks look quite local and small, and I cannot find many reviews. Are there any risks to take loans from those smaller banks?
