Anyone staying at Knoll Court, Newcastle, UK and payment

Hey guys, I have booked my room by paying a deposit to knoll court.

However, I am unable to pay the rent amount as their is no viable option (they only have BACS transfer, I don't know how it works)

I'm an international student, i need help in this matter.

Kindly let me know any information which I can use to contact the property team. (I have tried the email and phone provided in Google but they don't respond to it).

If anyone staying at knoll court of any nearby place could help me, please start a personal chat with me.
