After a rollercoaster of emotions, tries and everything, I am back to restart once more. I hope this stays as an reminder to my future self- You have got this. You have come so far, so don't give up.

Today was what I call realization day. Okay, I have had many realization day earlier too. But today I realized or more like proved that when you have burnout, just sitting down and starting works. This advice didn't work when I have not done any inner work or even had a minimal 7 day streak of getting my work done. It is because a lot of limiting beliefs and blocks are still present. And also you have not formed the habit of doing the work. So your brain essentially tricks you into escaping. I have had burnouts for the past 3 weeks. None of them were exactly zero days. But since my primary goal is studying and I didn't do that, so I didn't post. Now I know, tiny things matter too.
