Is each sperm in one ejaculation, a different potential human being?

Are the 10's of millions of sperm that enter a woman's body, each their own unique person, racing to fertilize the egg? I realize half the DNA resides in the egg, but does each sperm carry different genetic material that would result in another human other than yourself? Are there 80-300 million variations of different people that could have been born?

This just blows my mind.
