Was this truck of dead children in Mexico story real?

I’ve heard this story before over the years but I couldn’t ever find a news source (Or maybe I’m just a terrible source finder) but it all kinda reads like a creepy pasta, especially the part when the woman who found the bodies was eventually killed and stuffed in a suitcase with the cardboard letter saying “Don’t be a snitch”.

I also really don’t want those “Its Mexico, so it probably did happen”.

I need an actual source!!
