In Stellar Multitudes - Xbox

I can’t seem to find the advice that works, so I’m asking by directly. How do I activate or find this quest line?

I have 700+ hours of play in this save. The Star Seed is in my exosuit. I’ve completed all of the main quest lines. I’ve gone to impulse in desolate systems. Still nothing.

What am I missing?
