Day 43 still fears public speaking

I was a confident guy before addicted to pmo. public speaking aint a big deal for me.Now i cant stand infront of a group and speak. My mind becomes blank. I know we overcome dear by facing fear.But my face become more tense while i speak.How an i overcome this?
