Has anyone tried using Viber for calling international landlines?

I have moved to Japan and need to call my bank in my home country of Sweden.

When I click “View rates” on the page linked below, a window claiming that calls from Japan to Sweden are 1.9 cents per minute. Is it legit? Is there a catch?
