Is the Metro $25 BYOD plan good?

I’m thinking of maybe trying T-Mobile, as it has faster speeds and better coverage in my area. I’m trying to find a plan that is on par with visible base, what I have now. Will I get access to 5G UWB? Are the speeds capped or throttled?
