EVF recording with Nikon Z5

Hi everyone. I have a Nikon Z5, and would like to record the EVF, like we see in many Youtube tutorial, or like this video here : Nikon Z 6 + NIKKOR Z 50mm f/1.8S 　夕暮れのポートレート |　MODEL:御木ももあ【Webカメラマン】 (youtube.com)

I was under the impression I had to buy an Atomos to do this, but I don't see one on the photographer's camera. Is there a more simple way to do it now ? Maybe through a phone app linked to the camera ? Any ideas appreciated.

And as a side question, if the Atomos is required, I can buy a second hand Atomos Ninja Blade for 200€, is that a good deal ? I just need 1080p for this , no 4K. Thanks for your time and help !
