Do y’all think the mass produced Nikke and other high performance Nikke that haven’t been shown yet have a sort of database of good and bad commanders?

So it’s no secret that most if not all Nikke love the commander and see him as a competent leader. Knowing he’d be commanding them on a mission would be like Rambo leading fresh recruits right out of basic training. So I wonder, do Nikke keep track of which commanders are good people and which ones are bad (at commanding or just bad people in general). I know the average commander doesn’t compare to the player character, but some have to be better than others, right?
