Wondering what some thoughts on this blem are

This tube is a Litton M890 mx10160, and from what I gather it's an early gen 3 ~1300 from tube. Bought it off of eBay, and it should be here by the end of the month. I took a gamble on it because the seller said he had not tried to black box it and I figured since it's more of a shaded area, and not black, that it has a decent chance of being reduced. Doing a diy build with a printed housing, I'll post some pics when I get it finished, probably mid next month.
