Looks like Big Way Hot Pot is taking over the old Hub. What's your thoughts? I think it's a good location for them, high traffic and accessible. Their Burnaby locations is pretty busy even though they're on the same block. I'm a huge fan of hot pot so I'll definitely be visiting.
