How to see a doctor??

I recently moved here and I’ve been trying to see a doctor to prescribe me antibiotics for UTI symptoms (I’m a man)

However, every walk-in clinic I’ve visited is by “appointment only”. Okay, cool. So I go to their website, and try to set an appointment but I can’t because I’m a new patient. I call and ask how to see a doctor and I’m told they’re not accepting new patients? How can I see a doctor to prescribe me antibiotics?
