Would it be cheating for someone to replace their skeleton with a steel replica?

Say a supple little BBB tripped and broke their entire body then got an experimental new skeletal made of pure steel rendering them now unbreakable.

Are they still a BBB due to the past or an enhanced boner like the rest of us?
