What Can Authors Do to Help Reviewers on NetGalley?

I'm about to make my EPUB available on NetGalley, but before I do, I want to talk to people in the reviewer community to see what authors can do to make the ARC process easier.

If there's anything you'd like to share about what helps you decide whether to request an ARC—whether it's the description, formatting, or anything else—I’d really appreciate your feedback.

I know that taking on a NetGalley ARC is a big commitment, as they expect a high rate of post-reading reviews, so any insights from your perspective would be incredibly helpful.
