My current situation is pretty messed up and there’s a lot of responsibility on my shoulders. I would really appreciate any advice or suggestions based on my situation.

(About me: I don't have friends. I literally spend most of my time reading and watching how great people did what they did. I love books, blogs and podcasts. I want to do a startup and that's the life I want. For this reason at any phase of my life I need to move to the US.

Whenever I feel low I immediately try to shift my mind because I know no one is coming to save me. And I need to work really hard to achieve my goals.)
