help please!!

hello, i was wondering if anyone tell me how to get better definition? i've tried so many products like the tgin mousse, mielle custard and gel, the doux big poppa gel and every time if ends up like this with defined ends and puffy roots. i usually wash my hair with a clarifying shampoo, moisturizing one and then some condition then follow with plenty of water, leave in, gel and mousse but i get the same undefined results. Even while trying to define it’s still very frizzy and does not give day 1 hair😭any advice is appreciated!! the first two pics are my hair and the last pic is what i hope to achieve.
