Is current Boruto stronger than Hashirama?

Two blue vortex Boruto is able to match Code and other Otsutsuki level beings. Feats wise he hasnt shown anything close to Hashirama but chain scaling and power creep has become insane lately. So is he stronger than Hashirama?
