Is there a difference between Shippuden Hanabi and The Last Hanabi?

I do not quite understand why they are different characters in this. Sakura and Hinata both have The Last costumes as skins still. I guess the same goes for the other “Boruto” age characters is there any difference? Are they taller/shorter even?
