biting nail habit
I’m a terrible nail biter and ripped off some nail attached to the skin. anyway I can stop the pain. I work in housekeeping and use this hand to clean (with gloves & bandages of course) but using it makes it throb so bad. What should I put for it to heal/keep clean & stop throbbing
