Hey guys, Timberwolves fan here. Question about KAT this season

I haven’t watched many Knicks games this season, but when KAT was on the Wolves, he would have an offensive foul almost every game where he just did something stupid, like he would hook a defender with his off-arm when turning to the basket. I’m a homer so I tend to not agree with calls from the refs but they were usually pretty obvious fouls lol. One of our commentators would call it “stray voltage” because he does extra arm movements that he really doesn’t need to. Do those still happen a lot?
