fin aid

Ok idk if this is the right spot to ask. I got into NU.in and they’re giving me 0 fin aid except for some $$ in loans. I get that you can’t use it in first semester abroad. Anyways, My household income salary has changed a lot since we submitted the fafsa and css stuff. Can I email or call NEU SFS to idk appeal and ask them to reconsider my finaid? Do they do that? Thanks
