Can you adjust dynasty difficulty for a single player?

I am in a league that has us all starting as defensive coordinator and playing defense only on All-American, which generally yielded expected results for the 1* or 1.5* schools we started out with. One of our members has had a few good years and promoted up to HC and a small school and now gets to play both sides of the ball according to our rules but is finding that All-American is way too easy when he gets to play offense. Can we change the league difficulty setting to Heisman before his games and then change it back to All-American for every one else? If not, we'll probably upgrade to Heisman for everyone and increase defensive sliders.
