Is 2K25 really that bad?

I went through multiple recent "is 2k25 worth getting on sale?" Threads and it's hella quiet and nobody answers or a few people say no. How bad is it really to where 2K fans don't even think it's worth $20. I only play offline association mode and haven't played since 2k23 and y'all make it seem it's not even worth getting it for that.
