Is there a mod to locally unlock the skins?

So I want to play in local mode with my family since all the characters are available that way, but I wanted to know if there's some sort of mod or program to unlock the skins for us. I know Mortal Kombat 11 had something like that, which made the game offline but unlocked everything. Anything similar? Thanks a lot!
