Muay thai advice and tips for sparring
Hi guys its been 2 months since I last posted, and 5 months since I've started Muay Thai, in the last 2 weeks I've finally started going 3 days a week at my muay thai gym, I think I have greatly improved since my last sparring video I posted, sorry for the shit lighting and interference of my Dad telling us to get back in form, I appreciate the criticism!
(Im the guy with the black shorts NOT the blue shorts guy btw)
*also blue shorts is around 80ish 90 kgs while black shorts (me) is around 55kg)
