Is my account now lost?

I forgot the password to my old account, I haven't logged in since flash was removed but I remember like 4 works of the like 5 word password (was made to make it super complicated lol) but I was addicted to this game for like 2 years straight, I tried contacting support but I just get super automated messages and I used an 1minute email for my account at the time just to get the coins TwT.
