G-Wolves HSK Pro 4K Wireless problems- Help!

So I just received G-Wolves HSK Pro 4K Wireless Mouse I ordered from the official website. I ordered turquoise but they sent me a black one. First red flag. Second thing that I found weird is that the 4k dongle is black but has a white cable. Is it supposed to be like that or was it another mistake? Picture

The mouse itself uses micro-USB cable and not USB-C which seems kinda cheap considering it costs $179.

Now the main thing...I can't get it to work wirelessly. I downloaded the software and did firmware update for both the mouse and the receiver but when I unplug a cable from a mouse, it doesn't respond. The software says battery is 95%. Do I have to do something to turn on the wireless function? For 3 days I've only played wired with a wireless mouse lol.

Also the scroll wheel is very stiff and unreliable. I use wheelup to switch to a specific weapon and wheeldown for another weapon but sometimes I move it and it doesn't register which costed me life many times.
