Wondering when I’ll notice a difference?

I’m on my second month.

First month, starter dose of 2.5.

I’m a month into 5 and no dramatic weight loss.

I actually don’t weigh myself and my clothes only got a bit loser.

Wondering if I should increase to 7.5?

I can change my dose, my doctor will agree to it since the change hasn’t been huge.

Or should I be more patient on 5?

(I have big scale phobia which I why I’ve resorted to the “how the clothes fit” method)
