How long before I chase?

Hi all! Me and partner are currently making first purchase, took a couple weeks before solicotor acknowledged us and we now know why, the vender wasn't providing them with the property info (a contract or something at initial stage). Anyway that's all been sorted, but honestly it's leaving me feel a little nervous! So they sent searches off last Wednesday and not heard anything since, now I know these can take a while but when do I start chasing if i need to? (Hoping i won't need to)

Property's vacant and no chain, we obviously have no chain, have mortgage offer already done, only thing we haven't done our end is close down help to buy isas and got a closing statement.
