Zainsubani missing

So I think my game has a glitch. I've been on the Ald Skar Inn for hours now and I can't locate where he is in the Inn!! I've went downstairs and searched, nothing. Went upstairs, nothing. Went about to exit the inn and re-entering again, still not appearing. I exited the game one time, and he's still not there! How can I fix this? Is there a mod or something you guys can recommend? I can't refund this now since I've been playing it for 11 hours on steam now, and I don't want to never play this game again 'cause it's such a great game. Help me out with this, please.
