Morocco should transition to electric bikes and scooters

Bikes and scooters are noisy and cause a lot of pollution. With electric motorcycles getting cheaper, it seems like a great opportunity for Morocco to reduce pollution and reduce noise in the cities. Moroccan cities would be a lot quieter and seem more modern with electric motorcycles.
