Yellowing leaves

Can someone help me figiue out why some of my leaves turning yellow. I water about 2L every week in winter and 4L in summer. This is in England.

As you can see in the last photo it's expelling water at the end of the leave. One week ago it was watered.

Can someone help me diagnose this please.
