Question

My friends and I agreed to start a new playthrough days ago but here's this lingering problem. The dreaded error code. Friend A doesn't have Ps plus but me and Friend B has it. Friend A and B can play together but not me and friend A at all. Friend A has our accounts activated to play monster hunter he ain't pay for the game. Are these the reasons we can't play?
