Help with PC blue screening

Hi everyone, my brother is having crashing issues on PC (like everyone else it seems). He made some suggested changes to his config file and now it runs for a bit then blue screens. Here's his specs, config file, and crash log:

Anyone have some suggestions? I'd super appreciate it. I play on PS5 and we haven't been able to play together :(
