Strategies to actually complete a Partners’ Event?

I eventually only managed to complete 2/4 of the structures during the recent round. What are some strategies that you guys have to be able to complete all four within the time frame?

And does a higher net worth give you more hearts overall? Eg. Number of hearts you get when you spin and land on it.
