Multiple Recurring transactions for the same vendor

Wondering if anyone has a solution for multiple recurring transactions for the same vendor. 2 different examples.

1. I have 2 charges for one streaming service monthly. One is for the service, the other is for the ad-free version. I can put in the combined total into the recurring but then it won't match the transaction.
   
2. I have 2 different Annual subscriptions for Sirius XM, one in February and one in October. There isn't a custom recurring schedule. Closest is every 6 months but that doesn't match.

I don't think setting up 2 different vendors is the right solution. Would love recurring transactions to have the option to have multiple recurring transactions for a vendor!
