I think I'm having a miscarriage

I tested positive a couple of days ago but I've been bleeding and having cramps since I woke up this morning, quite heavy bleeding with clots. I don't even know what you're supposed to do in this situation, I guess doctors can't help you this early so you just wait at home until it's done? It feels so unreal I'm praying that I'm wrong but it seems so unlikely.
