I finally resolved wind noise issue - it was window triangular front part seal
At first, Tesla service replaced side mirror skullcap after test driving together - the engineer said old skullcap design has little gap and that can make whistle noise.
Of course, that didn’t make any difference.
Later I was lucky enough to find the gap between the inside seal and window - wind was blowing out from there.
In the second visit Tesla service, we together could reproduce the issue fortunately and the video helped to prove that too.
After Tesla service replaced both window’s seal part, wind noise reduced like 80% (not zero though)
I hope this can help to someone suffering from mysterious wind noise issue. (And I am glad I can contribute something to here finally)
