Can I complain about this?

I was a f2p and every discount on this shop used to be of light born skins or epic skins of nice quality or valentine skins. And those nice quality skins would have usually 60% , at peak 70% discount. As soon as I started to spend money they give me these kinds of discount. Kinda disgusting mooneytoon
