Yeast infection

I’ve had my Mirena since last June and immediately have been getting yeast infections regularly since. I thought it was an issue with me or what I was doing but I’ve tried to change everything I thought was causing it (even my bf lol/j) and no!!! I’m at such a loss.

Please if anyone has any tips on what I can do to stop these infections please tell me. I don’t want to get it taken out, it has helped me so much with my horrible cramps and excessive bleeding🥹🥹🥹
