UV flashlight advice?

Hi!
I'm collecting minerals and since the last year I'm also "mining" them by myself, and I was thinking about checking them under UV light (especially fluorite).

Currently I have this one:

But all my minerals, or that ones that I bought, aren't showing anything under UV light.

So now my question is: do I have a wrong flashlight? Or my specimens just doesn't glow under UV?

Do you have any cheap recommendations? I'm living in Poland so it would be good if I could buy them in Europe. Or maybe just tell me what kind of UV I need to look for.
