Anyone else just, endlessly tired?
Maybe it's the middle age creeping up on me, as I was born in the mid-80s, but I'm TIRED. I know that it's probably mostly because I have a full-time job, 2 kids, 2 dogs and a house to take care of. I also spent 2020-2022 working a full-time, demanding corporate job from home and homeschooling a 2nd grader and a preschooler, which about killed me. I always thought I would be one of those older people who went out, had game nights, did all sorts of activities, etc., but now I just want to read, take long baths and go to bed early. I can barely force myself to exercise anymore, but I refuse to let that one go fully for my health.
I'm just completely weary down to my soul, and I can't conceive of having to do this crap for another 20 years (although I have little choice). Anyone else feel this way? Any tips on how to get around feeling like you are running around on a half-charged battery?
